Indication of ovulation
- Rise in Basal Body Temperature: Typically increases by 0.5 to 1 degree, which can be measured with a thermometer.
- Higher Levels of Luteinizing Hormone (LH): Detectable using a home ovulation kit.
- Changes in Cervical Mucus: Vaginal discharge may become clearer, thinner, and stretchy, resembling raw egg whites.

- Bloating
- Light Spotting
- Slight Pain or Cramping: Often felt on one side of the abdomen.
